Have your Elevator Pitch ready and handy at all times

An Elevator Pitch has been defined as a concise, carefully planned, and well-practiced description about our business that anyone should be able to understand if we only had about a minute or so to deliver this pitch.
BusinessKnowHow.com lists six questions that our Elevator Pitch should answer:
- What is our product or service?
- Who is our market?
- What is our revenue model?
- Who is behind the company?
- Who is our competition?
- What is our competitive advantage?
The Dumb Little Man, an immensely popular “Tips for Life” blog also lists his ideas on how to craft a killer elevator pitch that will land you big business.
In Network Marketing and in any sales position, where we very often get unexpected and very short opportunities to explain our business, we should have a crafted Elevator Pitch ready and handy at all times. It would not do for us to open our note books and read out a prepared text. Rather the EP should be memorized and we should be able to articulate it smoothly and with passion.
And if the rules for preparing and delivering an Elevator Pitch had been followed, we should be able to convince our prospect to carve out some time for us.
